At Aya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Aya account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure a smooth processing.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Follow the link in your confirmation email to choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect your return package.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
